Need to cancel an order or ask about an exchange? Email hello@flourishsparkleshairlounge.co.uk with your order number.

Cancelling your wig order

For an eligible online purchase, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after receiving your wig. You then have another 14 days to send it back. We will email the return address. You do not need to wait for approval to tell us you are cancelling.

Exchanging a wig

Email us with the wig you bought and the item you would prefer. We will confirm whether an exchange is possible and explain any price difference or delivery costs before you decide. You can still request a refund where you are legally entitled to one.

Bespoke requests

The wigs listed in our shop are not individually custom-made. Bespoke wigs are arranged separately by email using your personal specifications. We will explain any cancellation exception before you agree to a bespoke order. Faulty or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your legal rights.

Appointments

To cancel or rearrange an appointment, please email us with your booking details. Any booking-specific terms must be explained before you book and cannot take away your statutory rights.
