Flourish Sparkles Hair Lounge is operated by Flourishsparkles Hair & Beauty Lounge LTD. Company number 17397211. The registered office is not advertised as a walk-in salon, collection point or returns address. Contact us before visiting or returning an item.

Choosing your wig

Read the description and available hair length carefully. Hair length is not cap size: check your head measurement and ask us about the fit of the individual wig before ordering. Only the displayed available option can be added to the basket. Other lengths shown as request options are enquiries, not confirmed stock or paid orders.

Photographs and descriptions identify the product offered. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not remove your rights if an item is materially different from its description. We will not replace your chosen wig with another without your agreement.

Basket, checkout and assistance

You can change quantities or remove items in your basket before continuing to checkout, and correct your contact details before submitting. Our website and ordering information are in English. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Check the full amount, delivery arrangements and available payment method before committing to a purchase. A request for another length or a consultation does not itself place an order.

If checkout does not offer a payment method or delivery option for your order, please contact us for assistance. Do not treat an item in your basket as a completed purchase. For orders arranged by email, the product, total cost, payment and delivery arrangements must be agreed before you commit.

Your order confirmation

Keep your order correspondence and a copy of the terms applying when you order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request; acceptance of an order must be clearly communicated. If we identify an availability or pricing problem, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or charge a different amount without your agreement. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order.

Delivery

Please read our Shipping & Delivery information. Ask us about delivery to your postcode or country before ordering if a delivery option is not shown. The registered office address above is not a delivery or collection promise.

Returns, cancellations and bespoke requests

Our Returns & Refunds and Cancellation & Exchanges pages explain how to contact us, eligible cancellation periods and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Email hello@flourishsparkleshairlounge.co.uk for return instructions and the return address.

The wigs currently listed in our shop are not custom-made for a particular customer. Individually specified bespoke wigs are arranged separately by email. Any applicable change-of-mind exception must be explained before that order is agreed. Faulty-goods rights still apply. There is no blanket rule that every wig is non-returnable merely because it is a wig.

Consultations and services

Contact us to discuss the service, price, appointment time and any booking conditions before confirming a consultation. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here removes applicable cancellation rights or remedies for a service that does not meet legal requirements.

Privacy and safe use

Our Privacy Policy explains customer information, and our Cookie Policy explains your tracking choices. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Please do not misuse the website or interfere with its security.

Questions, complaints and your rights

For a product issue or complaint, email hello@flourishsparkleshairlounge.co.uk with your order reference and a description of the problem. Please allow us to investigate and discuss the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Keeping a copy

You can print this page or save it as a PDF using your browser. Changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing contract.
