Delivery options

Please send us the wig name and your delivery postcode or country. We will confirm whether we can deliver to you, the delivery charge and estimated timing before you commit to an order.

Preparing your order

Preparation time and delivery time are separate. Please check the agreed times for your chosen wig, especially if you need it for a particular date.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

If there is a problem with your delivery, email us with your order number and a short explanation so we can help. Please keep any packaging that may help us investigate damage.

Unless a different period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. If delivery is late, you may normally set an appropriate further deadline and cancel if that is missed. You may be able to cancel immediately if we refuse delivery or an agreed essential deadline is missed. Any refund due after cancellation for non-delivery will be made without undue delay.

We are normally responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate, receives them. A different rule may apply if you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer.
